The Emma Hayes era is off to a fantastic start for the United States women’s national team, who have won 16 times, drawn twice, and lost just once.
The terrific start has seen Hayes win the first ever Ballon d’Or awarded for Women’s Coach of the Year after leading the USWNT to an Olympic gold medal, defeating Brazil in a tense final .
