Around a decade ago, Lydia Hearst traded the East Coast for the West Coast. The heiress to William Randolph Hearst’s publishing empire and the daughter of Patty Hearst left behind a condo she purchased in 2008 at age 23 to relocate to bigger marital digs in with her soon-to-be husband, actor and comedian Chris Hardwick.

Now both those properties have simultaneously hit the market.
