After a windy and rainy work week, Michigan residents will be rewarded with drier and relatively warmer weather for the weekend of Oct. 25-26.
" Seasonally cool and mainly dry this weekend into early next week," posted the National Weather Service in Detroit on X on Oct. 24. "However, a few isolated showers are possible (Friday, Oct. 24) with lingering low pressure influence, then high pressure builds in overnight."
Temperatures in the Lower Peninsula will be in the 50s all weekend with 30- to 40-degree lows at night. Temperatures will be a bit cooler in the Upper Peninsula, in the 40s to 50s, with lows also in the 30s to 40s.
Southwest Michigan, including the St. Joseph area, could get some rain Oct. 25-26, but the rest of the state is expected to be dry.
