Kai Widdrington was seen taking some time away from his Strictly Come Dancing training to enjoy some time with his family after his dad's latest announcement.

The professional dancer has been busy competing in the BBC One dance contest this year, having missed out on a celebrity partner during the last series, alongside reality star and presenter Vicky Pattison.

Last weekend, they were then seen securing their place in week five of Strictly's 2025 series, which is the show's Icons Week special and takes place this Saturday (October 25).

It's already been revealed that Vicky will pay homage to her fellow Geordie, Cheryl, with a couple's choice to the Girls Aloud star's debut solo single, Fight For This Love.
