Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday extended greetings to the Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP) on its 64th Raising Day, commending the force for its unwavering dedication, courage, and humanitarian service in protecting the nation’s frontiers.

In a post on X, the Prime Minister said, “Warm greetings to all ITBP Himveers and their families on their Raising Day. The Force embodies unmatched courage, discipline, and devotion to duty.”

He added that the ITBP personnel serve in some of the harshest terrains and climates while safeguarding the nation with steadfast resolve. Their compassion and commitment during disaster relief and rescue operations, he noted, reflect the finest traditions of service and humanity.
