A 17-year-old Bridgewater boy was arrested for driving while intoxicated in Clinton Township, authorities announced Thursday, Oct. 23.
On Sunday, Oct. 12, an officer on Route 31 observed a gray Honda speeding, Clinton Township police said. The vehicle was pulled over at McDonald's at 461 Route 31 and the driver exhibited signs of impairment, police said.
After completing cognitive and psychophysical tests, the driver was arrested for driving while intoxicated and his vehicle was impounded, police said.
The 17-year-old was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving and careless driving, police said.
