Chris Stapleton has entered rom-com territory with a heartbreaking new ballad called "Heart Letting Go." The country singer unveiled the song as a part of the soundtrack for Netflix 's Nobody Wants This .

The collection of songs arrived on Thursday (Oct. 23) , the same day the second season premiered on the streamer.

"Heart Letting Go" speaks to a relationship that's going cold. The fire that once burned is slowly fading and the narrator can't decide which will hurt more: staying or leaving.

"It's hard to stay, but leaving hurts / And I'm not sure which one is the worst / 'Cause tonight I'll hold the love I used to know / And listen to a heart letting go," Stapleton sings on the chorus.
