The Gulfport Police Department will offer a free Women’s Self-Defense class on Wednesday, November 13, from 6–8 p.m., taught by Instructor Emma Baptiste, the department’s law-enforcement liaison for strategic partnerships.

Open to women ages 12 and older, the two-hour session will cover practical self-defense techniques, situational awareness, personal safety, and confidence-building.

Seating is first-come, first-served, and advance registration is required.
