Newly signed Connor Davis made 28 saves in his Legionnaires season debut in front of a season-low 530 fans at Pat Stapleton Arena.

The well-travelled Davis played 16 games for the Legionnaires last season.

The Legionnaires (0-13-0-0) remain the only winless team in the Greater Ontario Hockey League.

Gensen Geldart had a hat trick for the Maroons (10-2-0-0). Trevor Zanutto, Dylan Richter and Carter Chadwick also scored. Viljami Kukkola made 15 saves.
