According to the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), the Mesa County and Garfield County courts issued arrest warrants for Justin Davis in 2020 for failure to comply and failure to appear on serious charges.

In Mesa County, Davis was wanted for human trafficking of a minor for sexual servitude, sexual assault on a victim incapable of consent, procuring a child for sexual exploitation, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, among other charges.

He was also designated as a Habitual Criminal, authorities said.
