YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) -- A man implicated in an overdose death in Pennsylvania was sentenced Thursday to two years of probation in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court after pleading guilty to two fifth-degree felony drug charges.
Dwaylyn Nadal, 57, received the sentence from Judge Anthony Donofrio after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine and possession of a fentanyl-related compound.
The sentence was recommended by the attorneys in the case and adopted by Judge Donofrio.
Nadal was arrested June 14 following a traffic stop at Hudson and West LaClede avenues. When his vehicle was searched, police found a bag of fentanyl and a bag of crack cocaine, reports said.
