Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jeetu Patwari has written an open letter to Chief Minister Dr Mohan Yadav, accusing his government of betraying the people’s trust and pushing the state into “financial anarchy.”

Patwari said the people had hoped that a person holding a “doctorate” would govern with “sensitivity and integrity.” However, the government’s conduct towards farmers and women, he claimed, had “completely shattered that faith.”

Citing media reports, Patwari said the government demanded Rs 1,500 crore from the Mandi Board for the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana, but Agriculture Minister Endal Singh Kansana admitted that the board lacked such funds.
