Syracuse, N.Y. - A Central NY man who police say abused a girl he lured from a playground now faces new charges after deputies identified more victims.
Ryan Pontello, 33, of Clay is now being accused of sexually assaulting two more children - a 3-year-old and a 4-year-old - and of asking for sexually explicit photos of a 3-year-old, according to Thomas Newton, Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson.
Investigators discovered the new evidence on Pontello’s electronic devices, according to Newton.
Pontello has been charged with the following felonies:
Two counts of use under 17 sexual performance of a child
Sexual abuse, contact with an individual under 11
Two counts of promotion of sexual performance of a child under 17
Two counts of felony possession of a sexual performance
