LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- Some football games for Jefferson County Public Schools are being moved, after a bleacher railing collapse at Waggener High School last week.
That railing has been fixed , but JCPS said it's waiting on a reinspection.
JCPS confirmed to WDRB that it made the decision to relocate three high school football games until a final engineering report and a structural engineer can inspect all of the newly installed bleachers across the district.
An update was sent to JCPS families about Friday's athletic schedule.
Moore and Fairdale will now play at Fairdale High School.
Waggener and Breckinridge County will now play at Seneca High School.
Pleasure Ridge Park and St. X will now play at St. X.
"We understand that schedule changes can be disruptive, and we apologize
