Adam Carolla Torches ‘Imbecile’ Dem Mayor Proposing Tax on Social Media Companies: ‘He Is F**king Horrible’

Adam Carolla trashed Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson (D) as an “imbecile socialist” over his new proposal for a monthly tax on social media companies.

On Thursday’s edition of The Adam Carolla Show , Carolla reacted to Johnson’s recent announcement of his plan, which would require social media companies to pay 50 cents per month for every user over 100,000 in Chicago. The mayor claimed it will generate millions in income for the city and prevent taxes for “working class” Chicagoans from going up.

The money would be used to fund “free mental health clinics throughout Chicago and the expansion of mental health crisis response teams,”
