ROUND TOP, Texas (KBTX) - KBTX Sports would like to congratulate our latest Classroom Champion, Avery Nelius. The Round Top-Carmine High School Senior has a 3.98 grade point average and ranks first in her class.

Avery has been a member of the Senior Beta Club since 2022 and placed 2nd in the State Agri-Science test in her Freshman and Sophomore years. Away from school, Avery is involved with the FFA and is currently President of the Round Top-Carmine chapter. She also works at the Fayette County Vet Clinic.
