COOK THIS: One-pot pasta dish creamy and colourful

Cooking a meal in one pot or pan has been a trend for a number of years now.

It’s convenient and makes for much easier cleanup.

One particular ingredient that continues to be popular is pasta. Having your favourite pasta cook in its own sauce is ideal and results in a creamier texture due to the starch from the pasta.

My version this week features a delicious combination of Italian sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.
