RENO, Nev. (KOLO) - Three former members of the Reno Aces will appear on the rosters of both World Series teams.
The 2026 World Series begins Friday night when the Toronto Blue Jays will take on the Los Angeles Dodgers in Game 1.
For the Blue Jays, Tyler Heinemen was a member of the Aces in 2019, while Daulton Varsho was a member in 2021.
For the Dodgers, Anthony Banda was a member of the Aces in 2016.
Former Ace Buddy Kennedy will also win a ring, regardless of the winner. Kennedy played for both the Blue Jays and the Dodgers in August of this season. The infielder played in two games for the Blue Jays and in seven games for the Dodgers.
