KEESEVILLE, N.Y. (ABC22/FOX44) - According to the Plattsburgh Police Department, a man arrested during a traffic stop earlier this week was wanted in Vermont for attempted second-degree murder.
Police on Monday stopped a car with three people inside on Pleasant Street in Keeseville. The stop was reportedly part of an ongoing drug investigation.
Two of the three people in the car, a man from Plattsburgh and a woman from Mooers Forks, were cited for misdemeanor drug possession - but the third, Isaiah Wilson, 22, from Far Rockaway, New York, was reportedly wanted for attempted murder and aggravated assault in Vermont.
Wilson is currently being held in the Clinton County Jail.
In addition, police say they found almost half a pound of cocaine during a search of the car.
