The Buffalo Bills have placed safety Taylor Rapp on injured reserve due to a knee injury and he will miss a minimum of four games.
Rapp's knee injury stems from something he's been dealing with since early in training camp.
"Medically, they feel like he's not a spot where he can actually play at a level where we can function to do the job. But give T-Rapp credit, he's gutted it out for the better part of six-plus weeks, having hurt it in training camp," McDermott said.
McDermott said the team is still evaluating who will start in place of Rapp in Week 8 when the Bills face the Panthers.
