Nearly 400 pounds of cannabis was seized from three allegedly illegal shops in Fullerton on Thursday.
The 391 pounds of cannabis seized are worth more than $620,000, reports the Orange County Register, which attributed the information to David Hafner, spokesperson for the California Department of Cannabis Control.
The raided dispensaries are located in the: • 1000 block of South Brookhurst Road • 100 block of North Raymond Avenue • 2400 block of Fender Avenue
No arrests were made, but the investigation is ongoing, officials said.
While cannabis is legal in California, the problem of illegal cultivation and sale of marijuana and marijuana products has persisted in recent years.
