The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) publishes several '10 Most Wanted' criminals lists. Those include an overall 10 Most Wanted Fugitives , 10 Most Wanted Sex Offenders List , and 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants List . The DPS also keeps an updated list of captured criminals from all the most wanted lists. So far in October, 7 of these most wanted criminals have been apprehended.
