CULLMAN CO., Ala. ( WAFF ) - A Vinemont man was indicted by a Cullman County grand jury on over 30 charges of aggravated criminal surveillance.
Cullman Police Department officials say on June 22, 2025, officers received a complaint alleging that a man used his phone to record a woman while she was using the restroom at Cracker Barrel in Cullman.
Following a detailed investigation, 37-year-old Patrick Scott Herron was identified as the primary suspect and was arrested on July 2.
Search warrants were executed during the investigation, and additional evidence was discovered.
The evidence indicated that Herron had allegedly visited multiple locations throughout Cullman and Cullman County, where other victims were unlawfully recorded and photographed without their consent.
