LORENA, Texas — A Bell County man was arrested and found to be in possession of a substance, according to the Lorena Police Department.

Police said Lt. Rivas was called to the Genco Credit Union in Lorena at 4 p.m. Friday. Upon arrival, Rivas spoke to a 38-year-old man found to be wanted out of Bell County for a probation violation on an original charge of possession of methamphetamine.

"During a search of his person incident to arrest, the male was found to be in possession of a substance, presumptively testing positive for cocaine," Lorena PD said.

The man was arrested and booked into the McLennan County Jail. He was charged with probation violation, possession of a controlled substance and possession of substance - cocaine.
