NORTH ATTLEBORO — It was only natural for Mansfield to think about last year’s stinging Division 3 Super Bowl loss to North Attleboro when the sides met Friday night for the first time since that contest.
But this time, the Hornets put together a performance much more to their liking against their Hockomock League rival.
Mansfield pulled off a gritty road win, buoyed by two rushing touchdowns from senior running back Mason Bordieri and a game-altering 75-yard punt return for a score by Darrian Sanders to take down North Attleboro, 24-14, at Beaupre Field.
