The Railways Ministry has notified over six thousand special trains to facilitate passengers returning after celebrating the Diwali and Chhath festivals. During three days begining today, over nine hundred special trains will operate in view of the festival rush. The Ministry said, around thirty stations in Bihar are equipped with additional ticket counters, CCTV surveillance, and other passenger-friendly arrangements to maintain smooth operations during the Chhath festivities. In Patna, Muzaffarpur, Darbhanga, and Gaya, medical booths have been set up to address any passenger health emergencies.
