CINCINNATI —

A Cincinnati man has been arrested and accused of hiding a camera inside a bedroom to record victims while they were undressing.

In court documents, detectives said the incident happened inside a home on the west side of Cincinnati.

Thomas has been charged with two counts of voyeurism and one count of possessing criminal tools. He is due in court on Nov. 3.
