PULASKI, Wis. -- Four people were charged Thursday in an attack on a 14-year-old boy at an Iowa County barn, an attorney representing the victim said.

Online court records show Carson Knight, 18; Richard Offerdahl III, 20; and Claudio Valdivia, 17, were each charged with child abuse, battery and disorderly conduct. Attorney B'Ivory LaMarr said a fourth person was also charged but their name was withheld due to their age.

" This week's charges are a critical first step toward justice for this young man and his family," LaMarr said. " For months, they have waited in anguish, knowing that clear video evidence and eyewitness accounts supported what we have said from day one."
