Joplin High School came back to tie the game at 28 late in the third quarter after trailing Webb City High School 28-19 at halftime in Friday night's football game at Junge Field.

But the Cardinals answered the bell with a touchdown drive of their own to get the lead back and then used a turnover on downs and a 62-yard touchdown run by Gabe Johnson to ice the game and seal a 42-28 victory. ×
