BENTON COUNTY, Wash.–A man was seen on video trespassing on a property near Rachel Rd. around 6 p.m.

The suspect was found at the Rachel and Lorayne J intersection 20 minutes later but refused to provide any information, including his name, according to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office. One deputy had dealt with the suspect before, though, so he was identified and placed under arrest.

When searched, deputies found what they believe is methamphetamine and fentanyl, according to BCSO. Deputies found a set of keys to a car the suspect does not own and believe he stole them.
