HARTSELLE, Ala. (WHNT) — Keivay Foster took full advantage when Hartselle's Cater Lee threw the ball his way.
Foster, an Arkansas commit, intercepted the pass and took it to the house, pushing the Trojans' lead to 14. The Trojans sealed their third straight region championship with the win.
Things didn't look as if they were heading that way early. Hartselle jumped out early after Lee hit Cain Falciani twice on long touchdown passes.
Muscle Shoals responded with a touchdown from Davian Reynolds and eventually tied things up heading into the fourth quarter.
Coach Scott Badsden says his team made plenty of mistakes in the game, but that he was proud of the way they fought and ultimately won.
"I don't think we could play any worse in the first half, and you know, just challenged our kids
