The Ministry of Defence on Sunday announced the launch of the Tri-Services Exercise ‘Ex Trishul’, to be held in close coordination with the Indian Air Force and Indian Navy. The exercise aims to demonstrate the country’s growing emphasis on jointness, Atmanirbharta (self-reliance), and innovation in military operations.
According to the Ministry, troops from the Southern Command will actively participate in the exercise to validate joint operations across varied and challenging terrains, including creek and desert sectors, as well as amphibious operations off the Saurashtra coast.
