Frost Advisories continue until 9 AM for the following counties: Bertie, Halifax, Edgecombe, and Nash.

After the cold start to the morning, we will warm up nicely into the afternoon with a mix of clouds and sunshine. Winds will remain calm for inland locations, but a light breeze along the coast. Clouds increase Sunday afternoon, and we will be rain-free until after midnight. We stay in the 60s and lows in the 40s.

We will be unsettled next week, as a coastal low will move up the East Coast, bringing showers to the ENC. The question becomes how much rain we will see. If the track moves closer to shore, the coast will have the best chance of rain. If it moves further away, we will see less rain. Either way, we will see rain to round out the month.
