88 high street stores are shutting for good as a major retailer confirms closures . Cancer Research has confirmed that towns and cities including Birmingham, Derby and Glasgow will all affected by the changes.

Cancer Research says the closures are down to reduced footfall, higher National Insurance contributions, and growing competition from online resale platforms.
