Hyderabad: Telangana is gearing up to meet an unprecedented power demand, expected to exceed 19,000 MW in the upcoming Rabi and Summer seasons of 2026.

The state’s electricity officials reviewed preparedness measures at a high-level meeting at TGSPDCL headquarters, Mint Compound, on Saturday.
