In order to fulfil the dreams of PCS aspirant students of Punjab, Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan informed that a total of 5764 students from across Punjab got free of cost PCS(Executive)-2025 Preliminary examination coaching from Raj Malhotra’s IAS Study Group, Chandigarh.

He revealed that free of cost notes/materials have been provided to the students for this preparation so that students can explore their unlimited potential and change their destiny with devotion and dedication.
