Two Australian women cricketers participating in the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup were allegedly stalked and one of them molested by a man in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, police said on Saturday. The incident took place on Thursday, just two days before Australia’s top-of-the-table clash against South Africa.
According to the police, the two players were walking from their hotel to a nearby café on Khajrana Road when a man on a motorcycle began following them. He reportedly touched one of the players inappropriately before speeding away.
