Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a fatal collision that killed a pedestrian in Cambridge on Friday night, Oct. 24.
Emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a pickup truck and pedestrian on Christopher Drive near Champlain Boulevard at about 11:15 p.m.
Police say the pedestrian, a 60-year-old Cambridge woman, was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck reported no physical injuries.
The roads were closed for several hours for the investigation and have since reopened.
