A new TikTok trend has users declaring they “know ball” — and they’re not talking about basketball. They’re talking about getting their spark back , long-distance friendships , mental health journeys and more.
The term essentially means, “Trust me. I know what I’m walking about,” and the videos deliver the evidence.
For example, one creator wrote , “When I start talking about weight loss and the boys think I don’t know ball” over footage of herself posing in a cute outfit. Then, the camera cuts to her before her weight loss.
Another version shows a woman without makeup that says, “When I walk in Sephora and they think I don’t know ball." Then, the video cuts to her in a full face of makeup with the words, “Baby I know ball.”
