A house in New Hartford that sold for $700,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Oneida County in the past week.

During the past week, a total of 48 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $212,206, or $140 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Oct. 18 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,472-square-foot single-family house at 4796 Newman Drive in Westmoreland, has been sold. The total purchase price was $280,000, $190 per square foot. The house was built in 1963. The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Sep. 29.
