Throughout West Hartford Center and Blue Back Square on Saturday, kids and families ran about dressed as ghosts and ghostbusters, animated characters, animals, and more.
On this perfect fall morning, moms, dads, dogs, kids, and Halloween lovers lined the streets of West Hartford center dressed in costume and in search of candy and treats. Stores opened their doors to welcome all creepy creatures with gifts.
