Staring down a gauntlet, the Toronto Blue Jays got an idea of what their opponents may look like when the World Series shifts to Los Angeles.
The Dodgers will turn to Tyler Glasnow in Monday’s Game 3 and Shohei Ohtani in Tuesday’s Game 4 for the first two games at Chavez Ravine, manager Dave Roberts announced Saturday ahead of Game 2 in Toronto.
Facing off against the Dodgers starters will be Max Scherzer in Game 3 and Shane Bieber in Game 4.
Glasnow has been near untouchable so far in the post-season, pitching to a 0.68 ERA in 13.1 innings of work over three appearances (two starts). He has 18 strikeouts and only one earned run to his name. • Watch the Blue Jays in the World Series on Sportsnet The Toronto Blue Jays look to take a 2-0 lead as they chase their first World Series title
