STROUDSBURG, Pa. — Halloween fun for all started early Saturday in Monroe County . Community members gathered at courthouse square for 'Spooky Stroudsburg'.

Kids got a chance to gather up some candy and decorate pumpkins.

There was also a wildlife rehab exhibit and a magic show at 'Spooky Stroudsburg'.
