Imphal, October 25 2025: Manipur Police Training College (MPTC) and Thougei Pangei Yangdong jointly organised a social service programme at Pangei today.

The social service was organised as part of the Police Commemoration Day and 31st Rashtriya Ekta Diwas.

The Police Commemoration Day was recently observed on October 21 .

The Rashtriya Ekta Diwas is celebrated every year on October 31 to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel.

Trainee police personnel and officials led by Sorokhaibam Gautam Singh, Director in-charge MPTC Pangei and volunteers of the Thougei Pangei Yangdong led by its president Naorem Jotin Meitei took part in the social service programme.
