Anti-abortion pregnancy centers are expanding beyond ultrasounds to offer STI testing, primary care and other medical services across the country.

Nearly 2,600 centers have grown as Planned Parenthood closes clinics and about 20 Republican-led states funnel millions of taxpayer dollars to them.

Abortion rights advocates warn the centers lack proper medical oversight, refuse to provide contraceptives, and don’t accurately inform patients about abortion options.
