Secretary of State Nancy Landry reminds voters that early voting for the Nov. 15 Open General/Orleans Municipal Parochial General Election will take place Saturday, Nov. 1 through Saturday, Nov. 8 (excluding Sunday, Nov. 2) from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Citizens who want to vote early may do so in person at their parish Registrar of Voters Office or at other designated locations, which can be found at voterportal.sos.la.gov/earlyvoting .

Landry says voters are encouraged to utilize Louisiana’s free smartphone app, GeauxVote Mobile, to locate parish early voting locations, find their Election Day voting site, or view their sample ballot.
