California will make a peculiar decision on Nov. 4.
In a special election for Proposition 50, we will vote on changing the map of our U.S. Congressional districts, adding up to five Democratic representatives and reducing the number of competitive races, according to the Public Policy Institute of California .
This is a counter-strike to partisan redistricting in Texas that could add five Republican-controlled seats.
