A Japanese man living in India, Nozomu Hagihara, is gaining attention after sharing how the country helped him discover “Dharma Yoga," a practice that changed his entire way of living. In a viral video, Hagihara said yoga is not only about stretching or physical exercise, “but flexibility of the heart, to live with awareness, kindness and purpose."

He explained that Dharma Yoga focuses on “living with integrity and compassion in everyday life," inspired by the ancient Yoga Sutras.
