Bishop Hendricken will defend its Division I crown with a top seed, East Greenwich held off Scituate to lead the bracket in Division II and Burrillville outlasted Toll Gate to lead the way in Division III.

Each of those three programs will carry targets entering this boys soccer postseason. Preliminary matches get underway this week, and we’re just a few short days from championships being decided at Rhode Island College

It’s a deep field behind the Hawks at the top level. Barrington edged in front of Moses Brown to claim the No. 2 spot, with La Salle, East Providence and Cumberland completing the top six. The Townies are a bit of a newcomer to that group and the Clippers – semifinalists last year – have found their best form over the second half of the season.
