Renowned singer and composer Shankar Mahadevan has added a stylish new ride to his garage. The music maestro recently purchased an MG M9 luxury vehicle priced at Rs 80.33 lakh, joining the list of celebrities who’ve indulged in the latest premium wheels.

Although Mahadevan himself didn’t post about the purchase, videos shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani captured the musician celebrating the moment with his family. In the clip, Shankar is seen posing proudly beside his new car before performing a traditional puja ceremony at his home. A Brass Tundi (Tori) ensemble played in the background, and firecrackers lit up the occasion as the family welcomed the car.
